- We use information collected from users for Teaching Garage's marketing purposes, including, but not limited to, email campaigns, mail campaigns, digital newsletters, surveys. We will not sell User information to third parties. Users have the option to opt out of email campaigns.
- We collect data about the Curriculum pages you visit in order to improve our Service.
- When you voluntarily share Personal Information with us upon using Service, we store that Personal Information.
- When transactions between you and our website involve payment by credit card, debit card, checks, money orders, and/or third party online payment services, we will collect information related to the transaction as part of the course of doing business with you, such as billing address, telephone number, and other information related to the transaction.

Our Curriculum and Service is hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”). They provide us with the online course creation platform that allow us to sell our product/services to you.
Your data is stored through Thinkific’s data storage, databases and the general Thinkific application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you make a purchase on our site, we use a third party payment processor such as Stripe or Paypal. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
